Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are writing to inform you that our transportation department is implementing a new, web-based, state-of-the-art transportation system, Trans Finder, for School Year 2017-2018. By this time, you should have received your students’ bus information.
Perhaps you’ve noticed changes from last year such as, bus stop location, bus number, driver, etc. These changes are to be expected as a result of our new, more efficient system.
Should you find that the information you received in incorrect (for example, transporting to wrong school), please call the Transportation Office at 610-359-4299. The transportation staff members will either handle your situation within 24 hours or will ask you to email a Request for Review to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please put REQUEST FOR REVIEW in the subject line of your email. Requests for Review will be settled within the first two weeks of school.
