NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT FINAL 2016-2017 BUDGET
MARPLE NEWTOWN SCHOOL DISTRICT
BUDGET ADOPTION

The Marple Newtown Board School of Directors, in conformance with Pennsylvania Special Session Act 1 of 2006, hereby gives notice that the proposed final general fund budget for Fiscal Year 2016-2017, in the amount of $78,600,000, was adopted by the Board of School Directors on April 28, 2016 and is available for public inspection..

Congratulations to the MNHS Baseball team! We won and are now in the State Semifinals. We play Plum Monday, June 13th, 2016, 4:30 pm at Greene Township Park in Scotland, PA

Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for students/senior citizens.

Love for Liz Day

Paxon Hollow has been selling t-shirts to support Liz Meiklejohn and her fight against Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Friday May 27th was Love 4 Liz Day! Students wore the shirts to show their support. So far Paxon Hollow has raised over $1,000 !

MNHS Interact Club receives Rotary Presidential Citation Award

The Rotary Presidential Citation Award was presented by Broomall Rotarian, Paul Quintavalla and Past President Mike Sinapi to the Marple Newtown High School Interact Club for achieving goals that strengthen Rotary and their club. Activities included growing their membership, developing sustainable service projects, giving to The Rotary Foundation, and building awareness of Rotary in the community.
