Independence Blue Cross has introduced their Healthy Lifestyles program, with resources to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. See the attached flyer for an overview of some of the programs available through IBX.  Some of the programs include (click on the title for more information):

• Fitness -- receive up to $150 upon completion of 120 workouts within a 365 day program enrollment period.
• Healthy Weight, Healthy You -- receive up to $200 for attending approved weight-loss programs.
• Smoking Cessation -- receive up to $200 upon completion of a smoking cessation program. If program costs are less than $200, the balance may be applied towards nicotine replacement products or other prescription smoking cessation aids.
