Minimum Qualifications :
- Experience performing commercial cleaning and janitorial duties and knowledge of safety regulations, proper methods for using and storing cleaning chemicals and floor finishes preferred;
- Requires ability to properly use all types of commercial vacuum cleaners, stripping and buffing machines and any special tool or piece of equipment assigned for the performance of duties.
- Requires physical ability to perform the physical requirements of the work, including the ability to lift, pull, push and carry items weighing more than 25 pounds from one location to another and on occasion items weighing more than 50 pounds and to properly use all types of commercial vacuum cleaners, stripping and buffing machines and any special tool or piece of equipment;
