Every application requires a high school transcript (a record of all your final grades as well as test scores, GPA, and class rank.) It does not include teacher recommendations.
Please complete the following steps when requesting a transcript:
1. Complete all parts of the application.
2. Complete the "transcript authorization" found in the counseling office.
3. Submit both your completed application and your transcript authorization to Mrs. Feerick in the Counseling Department. The first three transcripts are free with each additional costing $2.00 each. Postage will be paid by the school district.
MOST COMMON MISTAKES:
a. No application fee included
b. Appliication is unsigned
c. No transcript authorization included
Your application is a reflection of you. Never submit applications that are stained, sloppy, or riddled with spelling and grammatical errors.
Students must pay attention to the college application
deadline.
Transcript requests and college applications are processed in the
order they are received.
The Guidance Department cannot guarantee to meet the college application deadline if applications and transcript requests are not received in this office at least 10 days in advance of that deadline.
Under no circumstances will an application be put
ahead of another to meet a deadline.
