The 5th Annual Potter Cup will be held at Haverford High School on January 25, 2008. This event is planned for all the students and families of Paxon Hollow and Haverford Middle Schools. The following events will take place during the Potter Cup: (Tentative Schedule)

The school that wins two or more of these events earns the esteemed "Potter Cup." There will also be food, fun, games and prizes for children of all ages.

The proceeds from this event will be donated to Alex's Lemonade Stand, an organization dedicated to pediatric cancer research. Over the past three years, our schools have donated over $98,000 to Alex's Lemonade Stand. The theme for the event is "Kids Helping Kids".

In order to assist with transportation, we will be offering the following Potter Cup Package: (All families are encouraged to attend, but the package is for Paxon Hollow students only.)

• Transportation to and from Haverford High School via Marple Newtown School District busses.
• An official 2007 Potter Cup T-shirt.
• An official Alex's Lemonade Stand wristband.
• 5 game tickets to be used at the event.
• Food tickets (pizza, drink, pretzel and snack).
• Face painting/face tattoos.
• Entry into special events and drawings.

All permission slips, medical release (attached), package orders and checks must be received by Friday, January 18, 2008. Please make checks payable to Paxon Hollow PTO.

Any student suspended or with discipline issues will, at the discretion of the Principal or Assistant Principal, lose his/her privilege to attend this event. There will be no refunds for any reason.
