Cherrydale/Hershey Fundraising

The Fall Fundraising Kickoff of the Cherrydale Catalog items and Hershey candy bars is Wednesday, September 17th. Each child will received a Cherrydale Catalog and, if you as a parent elected, a Hershey Candy Carrier.  All proceeds from the Hershey Candy Carrier Sales will be put toward the Playground Fund.      

The turn in date for the Cherrydale order form is Wednesday, October 1st.

The turn in date for the Hershey Candy Envelope is Wednesday, October 8th.

Please note new this year…to attend the “DJ Partay”:

• If you have one child at Culbertson, your child will need 12 items to quality for the “DJ Partay”.  So, in order to qualify, your child will need to sell either 2 candy carriers, or 1 candy carrier and 6 items from the Cherrydale catalog, or 12 items from the Cherrydale catalog.
• If you have more than one child at Culbertson, in order for your “family” to qualify, you will need to 18 items.  That can be 2 candy carriers and 6 items from the Cherrydale Catalog, or 1 candy carrier and 12 items from the Cherrydale catalog, etc.

Pumpkin Festival!  AVOID THE LINES AND ORDER YOUR PUMPKIN FESTIVAL TICKETS IN ADVANCE!*ALL TICKETS 3 FOR $1.00*

Tickets for the Pumpkin Festival can be purchased in advance by filling the attached order form! The forms will be distributed each week in the communication envelopes during the month of October. If you need additional forms, they will be available at the front desk or you can download them online @http://www.mnsd.net/Culbertson/pto Tickets will also be sold the day of PF. All games/events cost between 1 and 8 tickets. There will be 29 games/events to choose from.All food, baked goods, carnival treats, raffles, 50/50 are CASH ONLY!

PTO Meetings

The next PTO meeting is Tuesday, October 7th at 7:30 in the cafeteria.

Mission Statement

To aid the students of Culbertson Elementary School by providing support for their educational and recreational needs and to promote open communication between the administration, teachers, and parents.

To enhance the educational facilities and opportunities for the students of Culbertson Elementary School that are not otherwise provided for in the school budget.
