When logging on to E-mail, you have to add mnsdnt\ to the beginning of your username. If your username is tsmith, you have to enter mnsdnt\tsmith in the username field.

Technology & Facilities Work Orders:  All work requests for technology support or facilities repairs or projects will now be submitted using the District's new web-based Service Desk Portal.  This portal will provide you with the ability to submit requests to either department, track the status of those requests, and search for resolutions to problems on your own.  It will allow the District to better track and address concerns, and issues won't slip through the cracks because someone lost a sticky note or forgot a request made verbally. 

Look for the School Dude shortcut in your Internet Explorer Favorites.   All technology requests should be made using the new system.
