		In celebration of Loomis Special Ed Assistant Mrs. Dion receiving her United States Citizenship, Mrs. Dion led the pledge on the morning announcements, student John Lucas played the Star Spangled Banner on his trumpet & the first grade sang “America”. 		CONCERT IN THE PARK -- The Marple Newtown High School Jazz Band, Concert Band, Choir, Color Guard and the Marple Newtown Elementary Concert Band will be performing in concert at the Marple Newtown High School gym from 5 to 9 p.m., Saturday, May 10, 2008. Admission is $5, students and seniors $4, and children under 12, free. In addition to the music, there will be food, desserts and beverages. The Marple Newtown Band Parents' Association is holding a raffle. All are welcome to join in the fun! Summer Reading! Yes -- summer is just around the corner!
