Potter Cup Raffle Packages
Our 5 th annual Potter Cup will take place on January 25, 2008 at Haverford High School. This event is organized by Paxon Hollow Middle School and Haverford Middle School. In the past 4 years, over $98,000 has been raised for Alex’s Lemonade Stand. These donations have been used to fund The Potter Cup Research Grant at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
As in past years, we are offering chances for fun and exciting raffle packages. This year we have four different raffle packages to choose. Packages 1, 2 and 3- We’ll be selling 100 raffle total (both schools)
Package 4- 100 tickets each school
Paxon Hollow’s web page will be updated daily showing the number of tickets still available .
There are a number of ways to enter:
- Have your child bring in the attached form and payment (check made payable to Paxon Hollow PTO) in a marked envelope to Mrs. Bertolet in Rm. 412 or to the main office. Raffle tickets will be sent home with your child.
- Email Lynne Bertolet at Lbertolet@MNSD.org to let her know what package you are interested in. Payment (check made payable to Paxon Hollow PTO) can be forwarded in an envelope marked Lynne Bertolet Rm. 412. Raffle tickets will be sent home with your child.
Package # 1 – Tea & Cream - $ 12.00 per ticket
Package includes High Tea for 2 at The Rittenhouse Hotel, Philadelphia, Pa., a massage at Toppers, Rittenhouse and 4 hours of limo service to and from Philadelphia.
Package # 2 -Week-End in Cape May - $ 17.00 per ticket
A romantic getaway at the Queen Victoria Bed and Breakfast in Cape May. Two nights stay, breakfast and tea each day. Dinner one evening and a $ 125 Visa gift card is included in this package. Good for use any time from November through Easter weekend.
Package # 3– Fore for Golf, 4 for Dinner - $ 12.00 per ticket
Package includes greens fee for 4 at Broad Run Golf Course, West Chester and a $ 250 gift certificate to The Dilworth Inn, West Chester.
Package # 4 – Broadway in Style - $ 25.00 per ticket
Package includes a limo to and from New York (10 hours – Elegante Limos ) and 4 tickets (balcony) to see a show of your choosing and a $150 Visa gift certificate.
