Teacher’s Report:

  • Mrs. Dragonetti , music teacher, reported that the Gala event was very well represented by Worrall and the children did a wonderful job performing.  The Evening of the Arts is scheduled for Thursday, May 15th at 7:00 and the 4th graders will be putting on a show from the 1950’s to 2000.  The entire school is welcome to attend this program.  Volunteers are needed to help Miss Israel, art teacher, with hanging all of our children’s art work throughout the school.  If you are able to help with this, please contact her.
  • Miss Greenfield, 2nd grade teacher, said the children are really enjoying the Smartboard  and are typing, doing research, math, Kidpix and even programming .  She said that they are performing Reader’s Theatre and working on cursive writing.
  • Mrs. Trimarelli, kindergarten teacher reported that they are finishing up their letter people book in language arts, writing in their journals and doing measurements in math.  The “bear” has been going home along with a journal for the children to write in.  They are also working in the computer lab with head phones and using the Earobics, phonemic awareness software program.
