The NEW physical forms can be downloaded from the MNHS Athletics website in the link for the student athlete/parent handbook. The form is to be completed in its entirety and include a parent’s signature wherever necessary.
Fall Sports are right around the corner. All interested high school students should read the following information pertaining to the fall sports season.
There will be a parent meeting on Tuesday, August 23rd, 2016, 6:00pm in the high school auditorium and on Friday, August 15th, 2016, 12:00pm for all fall athletes (all forms can be found online on the high school's webpage under the "Athletic" link and in the main office). Incoming freshmen, please reach out to your coach if you have not had contact before and ensure that you are on the email list.
- Physical exam forms authorized on or after June 1st, 2016 will apply for the current 2016-17 school year

- Parent/Athlete Sudden Cardiac Care Form
- Code of Conduct
- Emergency Medical/Insurance for Interscholastic Athletics
- Activity Fee form and Payment
Pre-season practices begin August 15th for the following sports: golf, girls tennis, volleyball, field hockey, girls soccer, boys soccer, cross country and cheerleading. No student will be permitted to practice without the above paperwork being turned in prior to August 15th. Practice for football begins August 8th.
Below are the fall varsity coaches and their contact information. It is important that all perspective fall athletes condition over the summer months. Serious high school athletes do not use the pre-season as the time to get in shape. The hard work is done over the summer months to prepare for the high school season. Contact coaches to inquire about workout programs they are sponsoring.
